21 Weeks old! Charlie has a smile that just lights up his entire face. It is somewhat hard to capture the joy that crosses his face when he smiles. Sometimes is just looks like he is yelling in the picture because he opens his mouth so wide.

He was pretty happy on this day for pictures. He seems to respond to things that make him feel like a big boy - like sitting in brothers chair. Which almost always makes brother want to sit in his chair. Go figure.
